| Relay is one of the key electrical control components in the field of electrical engineering,and it plays a role of control,detection,protection and isolation in the actual application of the power system.The reliability of the relay action directly affects the performance of the control circuit.As the number of relay actions increases,the wear of the contacts gradually increases.When the contact material is consumed in large quantities due to wear,the probability of relay failure also begins to increase.Therefore,the experimental research on the material consumption of the relay contacts after multiple actions has practical engineering significance,and the relay contact material consumption test system provides an important tool for the research in this field.On the basis of investigating the development status of relay detection systems at home and abroad,this paper designs and implements the relay contact material consumption test system with the upper computer as the control core,and realizes the test parameters of the DC relay under various load conditions.Measurements provide a data basis for the research on the consumption of relay contact materials and test conditions for the failure analysis of the relay.This article focuses on this aspect,combined with the characteristics of the previous detection system,and completed the following tasks:1.According to the requirements of relay contact consumption test,the functional requirements of the test system are determined and the design plan is proposed.Complete the selection of data acquisition card and industrial computer,determine the signal conditioning plan,formulate the design plan of the test system,and use the modular design method to complete the design of the test system.2.The hardware design of the test system is completed.The power module,signal conditioning module,drive module and test circuit module were designed and welded using Altium Designer software,the cabinet of the test system was formulated,and the cabinet structure design plan was adjusted and assembled.3.Use Lab VIEW virtual instrument platform to complete the control program and data processing program of the test system.A perfect human-computer interaction interface is designed to realize the functions of parameter setting,test control,system debugging,and data analysis.4.The performance test of the test system was carried out.Use the test system to actually test the relay,compare the test data with the data measured by the measuring instrument,and verify the accuracy of the test system.The reliability of system failure judgment is verified by human intervention failure detection test. |
