Miniature sealed electromagnetic relay is an important branch of sealed electromagnetic relay,has the characteristics of small contact area and contact the effective contact pressure is small,the load current is small,the problem of contact surface contamination failure has been plagued by challenges to enhance the reliability of micro relay.This paper in recent years the number of relay contacts failure,the failure mechanism of surface pollution caused by the fault of analysis and research,put forward targeted prevention and control measures and to verify its validity.First of all,according to the typical failure case of micro relay contacts occurred in recent years,according to the fault tree analysis method has restated the fault tree of contacts,by means of electron microscope photographs of fault contact surface and analysis of data,the bottom of the fault tree events were analyzed one by one,excluding factors inconsistent with the failure modes,selected micro corrosion,organic adsorption film and micro extra material from.Then,the failure mechanism of the relay contact is studied and analyzed.The causes and main influencing factors of organic adsorption film were analyzed.The formation mechanism and main influencing factors of micro porous corrosion were analyzed.Research shows that the surface of enameled wire lubricant is the main factor in the formation of organic adsorption film,electric plating process defects exist is mainly caused by the corrosion of plated reed microporous,electrostatic adsorption is the main factor to micro redundancies.Finally,through the theoretical calculation and experimental verification of the way of high vacuum baking technique to control the contact surface pollution effect,focus on the baking temperature parameters on the control effect;Study on high frequency ultrasonic cleaning technology to control the contact surface pollution effect,focusing on the influence of parameters on the control effect of the cleaning time.The research results in this paper have certain practical value for the production of miniature sealed electromagnetic relay.
