| As the increasing aggravation of the aging problem in China,the number of disabled people waiting for nursing showed an obvious upward trend.The traditional nursing equipment,with single function and poor comfort,can not meet the needs of nursing,and the nursing process mainly depends on the participation of nurses,which increases the labor intensity of nurses.In order to reduce the labor intensity of nursing staff,improve the comfort of the nursing process of disabled people,and to meet the self-care needs of disabled people to a certain extent,this paper designed a multifunctional nursing equipment.The nursing equipment is modular in design and combines multiple nursing functions to achieve a high level of integration of the nursing equipment.The degree of integration of nursing equipment determines the quality of care for the disabled person in order to achieve high integration and coordination of device functions.Firstly,according to the functional requirements of the disabled people for nursing equipment,this paper determines the function of the nursing equipment in this topic,and adopts the modular design to determine the overall scheme of the nursing equipment.The different functional module are divided into bed module,bed chair module,outdoor walking module and deep nursing module.Based on ergonomics principle,the design parameters and performance indicators of each module are determined.Secondly,the design and selection of the transmission mechanism and power system of the bed module auxiliary rollover structure are carried out.The transmission structure of the bed chair module is designed by using the principle of the trochoidal roller rack and the Cycloidal gear rack transmission.The organization performed kinematics simulation analysis to verify the stability of the transmission process.Based on the principle of planetary gear transmission with few teeth difference,the dynamic system of the bed-chair module’s lifting/sitting-lying posture conversion function is designed,and the kinematics simulation analysis of the function is carried out to verify the stability of the motion process.A portable toilet structure was designed with reference to the Sierra mechanism.The effect of friction on its motion process was verified by kinematics simulation analysis.The damping system and the stability of the motion process of the outdoor walking module is analyzed.The results show that the design parameters meet the requirements.According to the needs of deep nursing function,the related components were selected.Based on the finite element simulation software,the static and dynamic simulation of key components are carried out.The results show that the structural strength and dynamic characteristics meet the requirements.Finally,the control system with Siemens PLC as the core is designed.The hardware system and software system are designed separately,and finally,the multi-functional nursing equipment with highly integrated functions is realized. |
