| With the continuous infiltration of intelligent equipment from the traditional industrial fields to the medical and service fields,the intelligent nursing programs are gradually improving people’s quality of life.Traditional nursing mainly rely on human to complete,long-term engaged in related work for the nursing staff have a great test of the body and spirit.As the problem of population aging worsens,there is a clear upward trend in the number of elders in need of care.At the same time,rising social labor costs make caring for the disabled elderly an expensive and difficult task.At present,the nursing bed in the market has the problems of the lack of important nursing functions and insufficient comfort.For this phenomenon,this paper designed and developed a compound intelligent nursing bed.The care bed completes the multi-functional integration of the care bed by optimizing traditional care options,designing and improving traditional actuators and integrating many essential functions.The article begins with the overall design of the nursing bed.This article analyzes the actual situation of the disabled elderly and determines the necessary functions of the nursing bed.The nursing bed structure adopts a modular design concept and completes the overall design of the nursing bed.Based on ergonomics,the optimal size of each module of the nursing bed is determined.The integrated intelligent nursing bed combines the functions of traditional nursing beds and electric wheelchairs.It integrates important functions such as carrying the back of the nursing bed,turning over,changing the shape of the bed,cleaning after the toilet,and traveling in a wheelchair.It integrates important functions such as carrying the back and legs,turning over,cleaning after the toilet,and traveling in a wheelchair by changing the shape of the bed.The nursing bed is divided into a bed module,a seat module,a mobile chassis module and a nursing module.The four modules can be docked and separated at the appropriate time through the docking mechanism so as to avoid the interference between the mechanisms.This article focuses on the in-depth optimization of the various functions commonly used in nursing beds.Modularization is used to optimize integration and avoid interference between agencies with multiple functions.The kinematics dynamics analysis was conducted on the back-raising mechanism and the side turning mechanism of the nursing bed to ensure the smooth operation of each institution.The kinematics simulation of the key mechanism is performed using motion simulation software.Optimize institutional parameters based on actual conditions.Through the simulation data obtained,preliminary determination of the motor torque.The article conducted in-depth research on nursing technology and hardware integration technology and perform finite element analysis on key components,check their bending stress and deformation,and ensure the reliability of the parts and the stability of the mechanism.The angle motor designed in this paper breaks the idea of carrying the back of a conventional electric push rod,which is of great help to the streamlining of the actuator.The article designed and developed a special nursing care bed control system based on WiFi wireless communication technology for the composite intelligent nursing bed.Using the advantages of WiFi wireless communication,a monitoring system for elderly care environments such as retirement homes and welfare institutions has been designed.A 1:1 prototype was made and the feasibility and practicability of the compound intelligent nursing bed were further verified through experiments,and preparation was made for further optimization and improvement. |
