In recent years,Chinese economy has entered a stage of prosperity and development,and the process of urbanization has been accelerating.In order to alleviate the shortage of urban land resources,improve the urban environment and optimize the urban spatial structure,comprehensive management of corridors has been vigorously carried out throughout the country.On the basis of the experience of the construction of foreign integrated pipe corridors,China has promulgated a series of policies and procedures,but there is no specific norm for the previous surveys.Based on the example of Qinhuangdao Expressway Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project in Qinhuangdao City,this paper discusses the comprehensive survey technology of the pipe gallery and the design method of the foundation pit support.The main contents of this paper include:1.Based on the relevant domestic survey specifications,the specifications that can be based on the survey of integrated pipe corridors are introduced,and the relevant provisions concerning the survey of the corridors in the code are compared.The spacing and holes of the survey holes are investigated and analyzed during the survey of the integrated pipe corridors.Deep problem.The influence of the additional stress of the foundation soil should be considered in the investigation of the hole depth problem.According to the ratio of the additional stress and the self-weight stress,the calculation is carried out in combination with the engineering example,and the recommended values are compared.2.According to the similar characteristics of urban underground pipe gallery and geotechnical engineering,the paper introduces the main points of investigation of underground pipe gallery.Combined with the engineering examples,the survey results were evaluated in detail,which provided valuable suggestions for the project design.3.In view of the problems frequently encountered in the construction of pipe corridors,the paper puts forward that the foundation pit support should be paid attention to,and the determination of the anti-floating waterproof position of the underground pipe gallery,the foundation pit monitoring and the foundation pit support method are discussed.Based on the survey data,the design of the foundation pit support design was compared for the distribution of the two strata,and the design and check calculation of the foundation pit support scheme was carried out using the rational design of the foundation pit.The research results show that the drilling depth determined by the additional stress method of foundation soil is basically consistent with the recommended value of the code.The foundation pit support scheme designed for different stratum distributions meets the requirements of the specification.Through the discussion in this paper,I hope to provide some suggestions and help for the investigation of the integrated pipe corridor project and the design of the pipe pit foundation. |
