As the high-rise comes forth in recent years, the foundations of the building are buried deeper and deeper, so how can the underground constructure counteract the buoyancy is even more graveness. Many basement destroying accident occurred in coastal area in our country because of the buoyancy of the basement. There has several ways to sovle this problem. Such as:enhances its deadweightï¼›drains or truncations the water; tension pile;anti-floating anchor and some new pieces of method such as squeezed branch pile. Those pieces of measure have their own applicabilities. The sticking point to use them in reason at choosing the anti-floating water level accurately. There has different anti-floating water levels according to different aquiferous stratum combinations and basement depths. We must choose the anti-floating water level with reason according to different connections between the basement and aquiferous stratum.Aim at two different engineering examples about compressive pile and tension pile, the paper analyses their load transfer mechanism which based on experiment data.Comparing with the two different pieces of mechanism, the author finds the reason why the tension pile's side friction is different from the compressive pile's.The primary reason is the diversing of the transformation trend of the soil side stress coefficient.Meanwhile,we must take into account the problem of the pile's rupturing besides the pile's side friction. The uplift mechanism of the tension pile is discussed by the picture and equivalence line of the pile's displacement, stress and strain which comes from the finite element method. The author uses the method of square to analyze the antipulling capacity of the tension pile. The result of calculation through two engineering examples indicates that the calculation curve anatomizes the practical curve. So we can say it is precise in some degree.
