With the construction and development of intelligent power stations,higher requirements are put forward for personnel safety management during the stages of construction,operation and maintenance of power stations.Although most power stations now have installed various on-site monitoring systems,these systems usually operate independently,which results in the formation of “isolated information islands”;additionally,the obtained data can rarely be transmitted and shared sufficiently.Under such circumstances,measures for handling emergencies cannot interact with each other,which is disadvantageous for the overall safety control of the power station.Therefore,current personnel safety management system is far from systematized and intellectualized.This paper,based on the implementation of the “Five Systems and One Center” project of Panlong Pumped Storage Power Station,attempts to build a synthetic and efficient personnel safety management system for intelligent power station,and aims to improve the safety level and management level of power stations during operation.Firstly,a comprehensive theoretical research on the classification methods and identification methods of the power station’s hazard sources is carried out.On the basis of Panlong project,the classification and identification of hazard sources is investigated and a detailed result list of the identification of hazard sources is obtained.Furthermore,the management strategies and evaluation methods of power station hazard sources are summarized,and LEC evaluation method is utilized to conduct a in-depth analysis of the attributes of different types of hazard sources.Secondly,this paper elaborates the design basis of personnel safety management system of intelligent power station and also examines the way to construct the network,hardware,software and data communication for the platform of the system.In addition,different data is processed according to their nature: for structural data,the correlative relation and the database table is analyzed;and or non-structural data,the storage strategy is designed.In this way,the data organization can be successfully achieved.Finally,this paper designs the function of the personnel safety management system in three aspects: information integration and safety monitoring,correlation analysis and cooperated operation,emergency handling and emergency command.Moreover,these functions are realized on the software development platform.The actual operation platform of personnel safety management system of intelligent power station is constructed.
