| In the past ten years,computer technology has achieved unprecedented development.In today’s information explosion,effective management of information has become a top priority.The new generation of information management software based on database technology has become the research focus of scholars and researchers.State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company Ganzi Power Supply Company is a state-owned large-scale enterprise affiliated to Sichuan Electric Power Company and the youngest city-level company of Sichuan Electric Power Company.In recent years,with the vigorous development of the economy and society and the economy of the Tibetan region,the Gansu Power Supply Company of the State Grid has brought huge development space.The company’s incumbents have shown a large-scale growth trend in recent years,and the personnel management business that the company needs to carry out is also increasing.The traditional personnel management system can no longer meet the needs of the company’s employees and the personnel management needs of the company’s leadership.In view of the actual situation of the State Grid Ganzi Power Supply Company,this paper conducts a survey on the personnel management system requirements of various departments of the company,and analyzes the feasibility and system function requirements of the personnel management system and the performance requirements of the system.A detailed analysis of a series of related technologies involved in the design and implementation of this personnel management system was carried out.This paper adopts B/S mode,uses Java as the development language,and uses SSH as the system framework to design and implement a set of personnel management system suitable for the State Grid Ganzi Power Supply Company.The personnel management system mainly includes modules such as personnel management,training management,salary management and attendance management.Among them,the personnel management module mainly realizes the inquiry of the existing departments and personnel,the modification of the department description information and the modification of the basic information of the personnel,the addition of newly established departments and personnel information and other related functions;the training management module mainly carries out training personnel and training contents.And the management of employee training results;the salary management modulemainly realizes the management of individual salary of employees,including the addition,modification and accounting of salary information;the attendance management module mainly realizes the attendance management of employees and the maintenance management of holidays.Finally,the modules and functions of the personnel management system designed in this paper are tested in detail,and the defects of the system are found through testing to improve in time. |
