| With the continuous progress and development of the society,the demand of transportation is also increasing,and the life and safety problems of roads and bridges are becoming more and more serious due to overload and overweight.This phenomenon causes frequent malignant traffic accidents and seriously affects the rapid and stable development of China’s economy.According to the latest regulations issued on January 1,2020,from the end of December 2019,the national highway provincial toll station will be cancelled,and all trucks must be weighed at the entrance of the station.For the overload control station,compared with the source enterprise and the unattended point,its characteristics need to be fast and efficient enough to avoid congestion and reduce work efficiency due to the number of illegal vehicles.Therefore,in order to solve this problem and achieve the effect of scientific and technological overload control,this paper completed the design and implementation of one-stop management system of overload control station.The main task of the system is to manage the overload business of vehicles passing the overload control station.The system is divided into two subsystems: data acquisition subsystem and business management subsystem.When the vehicle passes the overtaking station,the license plate information and weighing information of the vehicle can be collected by HD camera and dynamic weighing equipment,and the information can be sorted and stored;the business management subsystem can query and punish the data of the illegal vehicle according to the actual business process of the staff,and realize the alarm management,case approval,overload punishment,overtaking station,data query statistics and permission setting.Java is the programming language of the system,SSM framework is adopted,eclipse is the development environment,SQL server is the standard storage database of the system.For the data acquisition subsystem,thispaper improves the traditional algorithm used in character segmentation of license plate recognition algorithm,and gets better results through experimental comparison.The one-stop management system of the overload control station realizes the vehicle data collection and overload control business management of the overload control station,which facilitates the staff’s business processing at the overload control station and improves the efficiency of overload control.The one-stop management system has been applied in some areas and achieved good results. |
