Research On Implementation Process Management Of Gas Station Building Intelligent Project Management System

Under the new economic environment of Chinese "Internet+" development, using intelligent project management system to manage gas station construction project, is the intelligent and composite operating trend for gas station, and is also the important path promoting modern development of China's oil market. Besides, it is a concrete practice for internet industry to integrative development with entity industry in low posture, and in the new normal times of oil price fluctuation. Thus, this paper sets oil construction project as research object, combined with theories of project management, intelligent systems and intelligent buildings, studies on application process management of intelligent project management system in gas station construction, so as to provide theoretical reference for gas station intelligent development in our country.Based on the analysis of the intelligent system project management connotation and the related concepts of gas station construction projects, this paper chooses technical and economic level, demonstrates the feasibility of the application. And in this premise, analyzes the application process from stages of decision-making, design, construction, acceptance and operation,discusses the system obstacles, cost obstacles, quality obstacles, schedule obstacles in the application process. Then, it puts forward application safeguards, such as establishing perfect project management system, strengthen the cost management, improving the project schedule management, completing the project risk management, etc. Finally, it analyzes the application case in A gas station construction projects.
