Analysis On Current Situation Of Equipment Management In T Hospital And Countermeasures

Detailed management of hospital medical equipment can improve the quality of hospital management and operation,and increase business income.Scientific and rational management of medical equipment constitutes an important part of modern hospital operation and management.It is necessary to refer to the advanced scientific management methods of hospitals at home and abroad to improve the management level of medical equipment and promote the all-round development of hospitals.Based on the improvement of the management level of medical equipment in T hospital and the life cycle theory,this paper first summarizes the problems in the management of medical equipment in advance,in-process operation,after-event maintenance and overall management activities.Secondly,by further exploring the causes of the problem,a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 118 random staff in T hospital.Thirdly,through the principal component analysis method,it is concluded that the key factors affecting medical equipment in T hospital are mainly four types: pre-management factor,in-process management factor,post-management factor and overall management factor.Finally,through the analysis of the weight of each influencing factor,it provides optimization suggestions for T Hospital in information management,personnel training,procurement,maintenance,inventory management and so on.It makes the management of medical equipment change from rough to refined quality control of life cycle,effectively guarantees the stability,safety and effectiveness of medical equipment,and ensures and tracts the development of disciplines.It has practical significance for the long-term development of T Hospital..
