Research On The Position Relationship Between Outpatient Departments And Medical Laboratory In General Hospital

With the improvement of human living standards,paitents with multiple diseases are common.The contradictions among repeated visits to multi-disease patients,traditional hospital departments finesse branch diagnosis and treatment,and the separation planning of interal medicine department and surgery department;The contradiction between the integration of hospital departments and multidisciplinary treatment,and the separation layouts of related medical departments in traditional hospital;And the lack of research on the relationship between hospital medical departments and exam rooms in architecture,which forced architects to urgently explore a new type of hospital design method that meets the characteristics of new-age patient attendance,hospital medical departments integration,and multidisciplinary treatment needs.Through the methods of inductive collation,statistical analysis and comparative research,starting from the construction practice of hospital outpatient medical center,the relationship between medical departments and exam rooms,and the design method of a new type of medical-centralized hospital are discussed.Starting from the establishment of a relatively complete hospital outpatient medical center in Japan,it is concluded that the medical center is mainly divided into an organ center,a system center and a disease center,and each type of hospital outpatient medical center have their own characteristics on medical departments,exam rooms and plane layout;Based on the number,type and layout characteristics of hospital outpatient medical center deployed in different sizes and types of hopitals in Japan,it is concluded that the number of hospital outpatient medical center is positively related to the size and the rank of the hopitals,the types of hospital outpatient medical center are related to the size and types of hospitals,and the layout characteristics of hospitals with different types of medical centers;Compared with the same size or the same type of hospitals with different numbers of hospital outpatient medical centers,it is concluded that the establishment of hospital outpatient medical center is mainly constrained by the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment system and the composition of medical departments,and the related layout of medical departments and exam rooms is more conducive to the establishment of the hospital’s late-stage medical center;Comparing the effects of different types of diagnosis ant treatment system on patient visits,the dual-track system is more conducive to the patient’s diagnosis and treatment;Through the re-interpretation of the above research results,it proposes the design method for the relevant medical departments and exam rooms that meets the needs of patients in the new era,and the prospects for building a national or even global health care system network based on the model of medical centers centered on disease characteristics.
