| In order to solve the cracking problem of cast-in-situ runner bed in arid sandy area,the anti-cracking technology based on internal maintenance technology was put forward.From the point of view of actual engineering demand,the climatic characteristics and cracking mechanism of ballast slab concrete in arid sandy area are discussed,and the design principle of ballast slab cracking resistance concrete is determined.The effects of expansion component,water absorption and storage component and carrier component on the performance of concrete were studied.A concrete crack resistant material for track bed slab is developed,which has the functions of shrinkage compensation,humidity compensation and water retention.The crack resistance of concrete can be significantly improved and the strength and durability of concrete will not be reduced.Combining with the engineering practice,the research results are applied to the second double-track concrete project of Lanxin Railway,and the practical problems on site are solved.At the same time,it provides a reference for the design and preparation of high anti cracking concrete suitable for arid sandy areas. |
