Cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab has become the main building floor form because of its good integrity,earthquake resistance and impermeability.The temperature stress is the main reason of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor cracking.The concrete floor slab deforms under the action of temperature,and it cannot freely deform under the external constraint of the surrounding beams,columns and walls and the internal constraint of the reinforcement.On the basis of the introduction,classification and analysis of various factors affecting concrete cracking,this paper uses ABAQUS finite element calculation software to carry out nonlinear finite element numerical simulation analysis based on plastic damage model from the perspectives of internal restraint and external restraint respectively.Based on the finite element model of reinforcement ratio,reinforcement mode and constraint stiffness,the influence of different parameters on the stress level of concrete floor is analyzed,and the influence of reinforcement on the crack of concrete floor is analyzed.Due to poor cooling effects of deformation and autogenous shrinkage of concrete floor slab structure deformation is consistent,so the two stacked against temperature stress and shrinkage crack control,thus in research methods in this paper,through choosing reasonable calculation model of autogenous shrinkage,combined with the actual project cases,under the action of the coupling of temperature contraction of concrete floor is analyzed with mechanics,and study its stress level,the distribution law of development of crack damage.The purpose of this paper is to the cause of the temperature stress of concrete floor slab from the aspects of structure and distribution of quantitative study and qualitative analysis,according to the results of data analysis and research,put forward to control the temperature stress and prevent concrete floor cracks suggests several,of actual engineering application in the early and late concrete crack in the structure of the maintenance work provide certain reference.
