In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy,China's highway infrastructure projects are increasing massively,and a lot of money is invested in construction.Afterwards,construction teams come up and develop quickly.However,in engineering practice,for the limited technology,poor experience and ability,construction teams are not at the same level,which will bring about engineering quality reduction.As a result,engineering quality will get defects.What's more,even engineering quality accident can happen.It can take huge bad influences on parties who are participating in the construction project.And the key problem to ascertain engineering quality at the construction sites is that identification issue which refer to affect engineering quality.So it must be taken seriously.Thus,on the basis of space finite element analysis,this paper makes the use of Midas Civil 2012 bridge analysis software,and simulate 20m simply supported hollow slab structure of Pubugou Dam's highway within its reservoir area.Then the writer of this paper builds finite element analysis model to study its force condition,and checks the related parameters and indicators of ultimate bearing capacity in the lasting status and ultimate state for normal use.It can be verified that the relevant parameters and indicators meet the checking calculation requirement of "Highway Reinforced Concrete and the Prestressed Concrete Bridge's Design Specifications"(JTG D62-2004).After that,this paper is combined with crack inspection data of 20m simply supported hollow slab at the bottom.And the writer of this paper put forward that the longitudinal and transverse cracks at the bottom of hollow slab are mainly caused by improper construction operation technique.Cracks will not significantly affect the mechanical performance of structure.From durability,it should be sealed for grouting.This paper presents three processing projects that are stick-up CFRP plan,pasting steel plate project and replacing the entire piece of hollow slab plan.Through comprehensive comparison between technological economy and social influence,stick-up CFRP plan is recommended.It has been five yeas since cracks were sealed to sprout and stick-up CFRP was used in the end of 2011.In the case of normal operation of highway bridge,the original sealed cracks have been controlled effectively.New cracks haven't been found yet.It says that the analysis and solution are appropriate.Therefore,it can become a reference for similar engineering.
