Study On The Design Of An Additional Layer Of A Steel Structure

With the development of society,many building use functions have changed,and the usable floor area of buildings was increasingly unable to meet the needs.It could not only reduce the waste of resources,but also avoid the pollution of the environment to reinforce the steel structure buildings whose service life was far from the designed service life and whose structure was still strong.In this paper,a steel structure building in langfang city as the engineering background,based on the existing steel structure layer reinforcement theory,design three kinds of layer reinforcement scheme.The finite element software was used for simulation analysis,and three schemes were compared and selected.The main research contents were as follows:(1)According to the engineering conditions of the steel structure and the requirements of layer increase,the structural analysis software PKPM was used to analyze the stress state of the original structure and the structure after the direct layer increase.It was specifically analyzed that the reason for the stress ratio over-limit of the steel column after the layer increase of the structure was caused by the seismic action of horizontal load.(2)For the original structure of the actual situation proposed enlarged cross section method,adding steel support method and the swing wall three floors reinforcement scheme,using the finite element analysis software MIDAS GEN and the structure analysis software SATWE respectively using modal decomposition response spectrum method and time history analysis method two analysis methods for three kinds of layer analysis and seismic reinforcement scheme of bearing capacity calculation.The results showed that the three schemes could be used to complete the reinforcement work.(3)Three kinds of reinforcement schemes were compared and selected from the aspects of reliability,quantity of materials,difficulty of construction technology,quantity of construction work and time limit,so as to determine that the better reinforcement scheme is steel support reinforcement scheme,in this paper.This paper introduced the construction preparation,personnel allocation and construction plan of adding steel support method to the reinforcement design,and the key technology and scheme of adding steel support method to the reinforcement.
