With the development of modern industry,large industrial plants pay more attention to environmental protection and the convenience of production operation,resulting in a substantial increase in renovation and expansion projects.The addition and renovation of both industrial buildings have been favored by more and more owners.At present,there are more than ten kinds of reinforcement methods in China,each with its own characteristics[1].However,it is difficult to meet the indexes of low reinforcement cost,beautiful appearance,convenient construction and short period at the same time.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a new reinforcement method——Steel structure and axillary reinforcement method.The author takes the project I am responsible for as a case study,namely the transformation of TRT workshop in rizhao boutique base of shan steel(adding portal frame,including 32/5t crane).In this paper,the structure design software PKPM and the finite element analysis software MIDAS GEN are respectively used to analyze and compare the overall mode period and elastic interlayer displacement of the structure before and after the addition of layers.The beam and column which need to be strengthened are analyzed locally by finite element method.According to the result,the reasonable reinforcement measures are put forward.This paper studies the following main contents:(1)This paper introduces the key points and methods of reinforcement in the storey adding and reconstruction project,and puts forward a new strengthening method for the easily damaged beam column joints,that is,the steel structure haunch reinforcement method,and this method can reinforce the beam and column at the same time.(2)Combined with the reconstruction project of TRT workshop in Rizhao boutique base of Shangang,the whole and local reinforcement effect of haunch reinforcement method of steel structure is calculated and analyzed by response spectrum method,time history method and finite element method.(3)The time history displacement of beam column joint,natural vibration period and elastic interlayer displacement after reinforcement are compared between steel structure haunching method and traditional reinforcement method(beam sticking steel plate,column increasing section).According to the results of overall and partial analysis,it is concluded that the method of steel structure with axilla reinforcement has the characteristics of less consumable materials,convenient construction and better seismic performance.The research content of this paper has a certain reference value for similar projects.
