The population agglomeration area is the area with the most concentrated urbanization and the highest population density. The region pursues the economic and social benefits of artificial plaques, and at the expense of high-intensity land-use development and impervious surface expansion. Therefore, the degree of urban green spot fragmentation is intensified, and the urban green space ecosystem service function is inferior to the urban population, social and economic development needs, making it the most prominent area of human-land conflict. The layout and optimization of green space in urban population clusters is one of the core contents of landscape planning, urban ecological construction and sustainable development. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining the harmonious coexistence of human and natural environment by improving the ecosystem service function of urban green space, which plays an important role in maintaining urban ecological security and sustainable development. At present, the research on urban green space focuses on the evaluation of green space structure and the effect of ecological functions on the large scale, which leads to the poor combination of research results and actual planning, and the lack of research results being used to plan green space pattern; The study on ecosystem service is mainly to explore the methods and mechanisms of value assessment and quantitative assessment, which leads to insufficient consideration of the urban ecosystem service.Although there are suggestions for optimization of urban space, most of them are policy recommendations and lack specific spatial adjustment measures. The planning of mountainous areas has gradually introduced the concept of ecological planning, and the connection with human activities needs to be strengthened. Therefore, this paper believes that there are some shortcomings in the technical approaches and methods for the optimization of urban green space, and it is necessary to improve and innovate its research methods.Landscape architecture, urban ecology and other related disciplines attempt to point the right way for planning urban green space and improving the ecosystem service.Based on the research on the supply, demand and balance of urban ecosystem service, this paper explores the optimization methods of urban green space combined with landscapeplanning, ecology, geography, remote sensing and geographic information systems, and establishes a research framework that combines urban ecosystem service and green space optimization.Firstly, this paper identifies the population agglomeration area through the spatial agglomeration of POI data, and simulates the spatial distribution of residential population density; Then, this paper calculates the supply of climate regulation service and air purification service, the demand of climate regulation service and air purification service based on human needs, and the balance of climate regulation service and air purification service; Finally, this paper analyzes the current situation of green space to identify the construction of green space, and proposes a differentiated optimization strategy for the areas with ecological priority serious ecological problems. Finally, this paper establishes an urban green space optimization scenario based on the enhancement of ecosystem service, and an urban green space optimization scenario in which the human well-being and ecological environment is balanced and harmonious, and it is also hoped that the technical methods for optimizing green space can be applied to the construction. This paper draws the following conclusions by identifying the boundaries of urban population agglomeration areas and estimating population density.(1)It is feasible to study the agglomeration of population distribution by kernel density analysis based on commuting distance and point of interest(POI);(2)The spatial distribution of population agglomeration is basically the same as that of urban construction land, forming a multi-core population agglomeration with urban core areas as as the major part;(3)The imbalance of population density and concentration in the study area is remarkable. In the area with flat terrain, good living environment and suitable for human habitation,a high-density intensive living mode dominated by five major urban commercial districts is formed. This paper draws the following conclusions by building a supply and demand balance model for climate regulation service and air purification service.(1)Areas where ecological land is concentrated in mountains, water bodies and parks are the“sources”for the supply of ecosystem services, and play an important role in maintaining regional ecosystem health;(2)The total supply of climate regulation service and air purification service of green space is greater than that of demand.Due to the significant spatial heterogeneity, there is a clear difference in the balance between supply and demand, and there is an imbalance between supply and demand in some areas. This paper draws the following conclusions by simulating green space optimization scenario, which are based on the results of the ecosystem services assessment..(1)It is scientific and feasible to incorporate the ecosystem service concept into the urban green space construction. When carrying out the layout and optimization of urban green space,we should pay attention to the impact of green space layout construction on human welfare, and comprehensively consider the distribution of urban population and the matching of supply anddemand of ecosystem service.Especially for the pattern of green space where the supply is less than the demand,we should analyze the reasons, adjust the green space structure and population distribution according to the flow of ecosystem service, and formulate the green space planning target to meet the population requirements;(2)The theory, methods and practices of urban green space construction are out of line with ecological planning, lack of technical methods, and insufficient quantitative analysis. It is necessary to introduce multidisciplinary cross-integration technology into urban green space construction.
