| Compared with the traditional mode,the design information transfer should be efficient under the BIM platform.However,due to various factors,the design information transmission is inefficient under the BIM platform at this stage,and the information value can not be fully excavated.This paper sums up 29 factors that influence the efficiency of design information transmission through the analysis of literature.And using expert consultation and Mathematical Fuzzy Theory to eliminate four Non-important factors.Determine 25 factors affecting the efficiency of design information.Finally,the dimensionality reduction analysis of 25 factors is carried out by using Factor Analysis Method.The five common factors extracted were named and ranked according to the degree of influence:Government policy,participant,BIM software,information expression and design information output,analyzed the five reasons in detail.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the inefficient transmission of information in the design stage,and put forward the strategy of information integrated management.It is suggested that the integrated management of the design information under the BIM platform should be carried out through the analysis of the information itself.The integrated collection,transmission and feedback of design information not only guarantee the accuracy of information,but also ensure the high efficiency of information transmission.This paper puts forward the construction of building information detection platform to detect the dynamic saturation and validity of the information in the design stage.It provides a theoretical basis for the efficient transmission of design information on BIM platform and facilitates the efficient transmission of design information. |
