In recent years,China’s expressways have developed rapidly,especially in the eastern coastal areas,and a dense expressway network has been formed.At the same time,as the scale of expressway electromechanical systems constantly increases,the required standard of management continues to rise.It is challenging to manage not only the requirements of daily operations,but also the suddenness and the timeliness of highway system emergencies with traditional management methods.Therefore,a comprehensive set of practical,applicable and easy-to-use expressway electrical and mechanical management information systems is needed.The Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge is used as an example in this thesis to study the development of the comprehensive expressway electromechanical management information system.The content and organizational structure of the current expressway electromechanical system management in the Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge,as well as the common problems in the electromechanical system management,are analyzed in the first part of the thesis.The five main components of the expressway electromechanical management are clarified,namely system equipment management,maintenance and maintenance project management,electromechanical maintenance personnel management,technical transformation and addition project management,and electromechanical system cost management.Secondly,through a problemsolving approach,the management requirements and six functional goals of the two different levels of the information system are clarified,and the system business processes are analyzed to complete the system functional requirements analysis.And then,the system design is discussed.The system database design includes the conceptual design,logical design and physical design of the database.The functional module design consists of ten functional modules including system settings,equipment management,maintenance management,standard fault library,auxiliary maintenance,personnel management,project management,contract management,cooperative unit management,and cost management.Finally,according to the system development requirements,the database and program development were completed,and the entire system was deployed and tested.The effective management of basic data of enterprise electromechanical management is achieved by the electromechanical integrated management information system of the Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge researched and developed in this thesis;the refining and digital management of systems,equipment,maintenance,personnel,engineering,and expenses have been realized as a result.In addition,the decision support function of the system not only assists system maintenance personnel in diagnosing and analyzing fault problems,but also provides support for management decisions of middle and senior management in the enterprise and reduces risks.
