Wetland is a precious resource for human beings to survive and develop.China's wetland area ranks first in the wetland area of Asian countries and ranks fourth in the world.The types and types of wetlands in China are relatively large,covering almost all the world wetlands mentioned in the World Wetland Convention All wetland species.As a precious natural resource,wetlands provide water for people's life and production,and also play an ecological and environmental protection function.This is why wetlands are vividly called the Earth's kidney.It plays an important role in regulating the climate,purifying the environment,balance of species,protection of ecological environment and flood control and drought relief.Although the importance of wetland resources to people's production and life is so high,people's destruction of them has intensified.On the one hand,with the accelerating process of urbanization,the rapid population growth and the rapid economic development have made the demand for land development more and more large,correspondingly resulting in less and less wetland resources and areas;on the other hand,The pursuit of immediate interests,the lack of long-term development of vision,the use of natural resources to take predatory,destructive development of wetlands have a greater impact and destruction.Therefore,the protection,development and utilization of wetlands have become the issues of concern to scholars in the current society and even countries in the world.How to explore the maximum balance between development and protection of wetlands on the basis of protecting wetland resources is an urgent issue that needs immediate consideration and resolution.As an important part of the national wetland protection system,the urban wetland park has played an important role in protecting the urban wetland area,improving the urban ecological environment and optimizing the land use pattern on the basis of implementing the national wetland classification protection system.This paper is based on this background.The first part is the introduction,which studies the wetland park project planning from the aspects of research background,research significance,research methods and research status at home and abroad.The next part of Liu Yue from 0 to 2000 is to stipulate the relevant theoretical knowledge of wetlands and wetland parks,to study the current domestic and foreign research results in this field by analyzing wetland parks,and to find out the areas that need improvement at present and the future developmentprospects,in an attempt to find the best mode suitable for the current development of wetland parks.The third part discusses what efforts wetland park can make to realize ecologization from the perspective of protecting the natural environment and natural resources,taking into account management ideas and ecological issues,and concludes that only by adhering to the design and operation of ecologization can wetland park truly achieve sustainable development.In this part,the landscape planning,urban planning,ecology and other aspects are taken into account when discussing the construction and management of wetland parks,and the design and planning of wetland parks are roughly summarized.The last part is to further discuss the construction method and ecological restoration of wetland park through the study of specific cases,and to further discuss the theoretical level of things in combination with the actual situation.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,it has important practical significance for realizing scientific and rational planning of Liaoyuan National Mine Wetland Park Project.On the other hand,it has important practical significance and guiding value for guiding other wetland parks to carry out project planning and realize the development of urban wetland parks.
