Study On Planning And Design Of Yongjing County Botanical Garden In Gansu Province

The construction of the botanical garden promotes the connection between human and nature.With the acceleration of urbanization,people are more eager for green space and yearning for nature.Under the political background of "accelerating the system reform of ecological civilization and building a beautiful China",the construction of botanical garden has special ecological service value for an urban development.In northwest China,rare due to lack of experience,the construction of botanical garden is relatively.In order to vigorously develop the eco-cultural tourism industry and revitalize the county economy,the Yong Jing county government expects to make the botanical garden a "business card" for the local people.This paper explores the concepts and theories about botanical gardens,and studies the development history of botanical garden science and knowledge related to botanical garden planning and design.The successful botanical garden cases at home and abroad were analyzed,and the relevant experience was summarized.The preliminary analysis of the planning and design of the botanical garden in Yong Jing county has been done.The practice and research of botanical garden planning and design provide some experience for the botanical garden design of Yong Jing county.At the same time,the ideas and paths of the construction of the regional botanical garden are expanded to provide case support and valuable references for the construction of the plant theme park.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1?The terrain of Yong Jing county is complex,most of the ground is covered by loess,with large temperature difference and little rainfall.Therefore,the planning and design should fully consider the local natural environment,and integrate into the Yellow River culture,flower culture and Local history and humanities.Yong Jing botanical garden has the functions of plant protection,water and soil conservation,popular science education,recreation and ecological integration.Meanwhile,it contributes to the protection and development of plant germplasm resources in this region,and also improves its ecological environment.It creates a multi-functional botanical garden with collection of plant germplasm resources,introduction and domestication,scientific research and popular science,ecological recreation,and ornamental recreation.2?This design relies on the surrounding Danxia landform and the beautiful landscape pattern of the Yellow River system,and integrates the mountain and water elements of the ancient city new area into the overall framework of the design.The south of the project is the Yellow River ecological corridor and the north is the modern industrial park.The design of the botanical garden makes full use of natural and ecological elements.The design combines with artificial greening methods such as road greening and green corridors,and ecological corridors running through the north and south,forming a perfect layout of urban green space system.3?The design according to local conditions,homeopathy,reduce the amount of earthwork.In order to broaden the application range of plants in arid and cold areas,the ability of drought and cold resistance of plants should be improved and the introduction and domestication of plants should be realized.Collecting rainwater in combination with roads,buildings,and water works;Adopting spray irrigation,micro-irrigation and drip irrigation;Using non-engineering techniques such as water-retaining agents and soil improvement;Select suitable plants and save water at the source.Landscape nodes and architectural sketches are designed to reflect Yong Jing culture.The plan combines industry to realize the sustainable management of the botanical garden.4?In the specific practice of Yong Jing botanical garden,following the principles of functionality,rationality,diversity,humanity and sustainability,and forms the overall layout of "one road,two axes,three belts,four gardens,four regions and twelve nodes".The park creates a slow-moving ecological greenway along the road.The whole garden sets the historical and cultural axis and the east-west plant axis.There are "Chun Mei" landscape belt featuring cherry blossom avenue,"Qiu Yun" landscape belt with ginkgo as the main line,and "science and technology corridor" landscape belt with science popularization as the main line.In the garden,there are four botanical gardens of colored leaves,fruiting plants,bulbous flowers and roses,as well as four areas of medicinal and herbaceous plants,woody flowers and plants,rare plants and sparsely forested and grassy leisure areas.It includes 55 families,87 genera and 218 genera.A number of landscape nodes were reasonably set in the north and south parks to meet the needs of different groups of people and create a benchmark botanical garden in the northwest region.
