With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of railway construction is gradually increasing,and it also faces various challenges.Railway transportation has been an important leading industry in China,driving the development of China's economy.However,with more and more railway construction,long construction cycle and complex construction environment,there have been a large number of hidden dangers in the construction,and the occurrence of emergencies has brought huge personnel and property losses to China.When an emergency occurs,it is very important that the emergency system can achieve rapid and effective emergency management.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the emergency management ability in railway engineering construction to improve the level of emergency management at the project and enterprise level,guarantee railway construction safety,reduce losses and maintain social stability.Emergency management ability strong and the weak directly affects the incident led to the size of the loss,this article through to affects into CGZQSG-7 of expensive railway emergency management factor in the prevention and early warning,emergency preparedness,emergency response,the resources guarantee,after recovery and deal with five aspects on all aspects of the analysis of five criteria layer,30 index layer.The index of emergency management ability of the section CGZQSG-7 of your railway is established,which is used as the research basis.By using the method of coefficient of variation and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to solve the index weight comprehensively,the emergency management capability of chenggui railway CGZQSG-7 section is studied by the method of expansion optimization.Through the application of extenics,a research model of emergency management capability of chenggui railway section CGZQSG-7 based on extension optimization is constructed.Taking the chenggui railway project as an example,the evaluation on the emergency management capability was carried out.The result of the evaluation was that the emergency management capability of the chenggui railway project was "strong" in the second grade,and Suggestions were put forward for the existing problems.The evaluation result proves the feasibility of this model and can provide references for the emergency management ability of railway engineering and other industries in the future.The research of this paper will provide theoretical basis for improving the emergency management ability of chenggui railway and provide beneficial reference for railway engineering.This topic has carried on the beneficial exploration in the railway project construction unit emergency management abilityresearch,also will be conducive to the railway project construction to a safer direction development.
