The Study Of Safety Management On The Construction Of Qingdao Metro Line 1

It is well known that the construction of metro needs huge investment and long construction period,and it also has complex construction environment.In the construction process safety management is directly related to the safety of workers,the quality and cost of the project,the reputation of corporate,the production efficiency and so on.In one word,safe operation of metro construction is essential for the steady and rapid development of our urban construction,so the study of safety management on metro construction has an important practical significance.This thesis takes Qingdao metro line 1 as an example for construction safety management research.First of all,combining with the practical safety management of Qingdao metro,Factor Analysis method was used to draw the Six Main factors of construction safety management,that is,management ability factor,scene hazard factor,education and inspection factor,owner factor,congenital condition factor and qualifications factor.Secondly,under the guidance of 5A project management method and BIM technology,measures such as monitoring in the whole process,3D simulation,identification of hazard,classification of hazardous areas,construction space management et al are used in Qingdao metro construction safety management.Then,the thesis used Delphi method to select the evaluation index and the determine each weight.Fuzzy Judgment method was also used to evaluate application effect of the construction safety management research,and the results show that 5A management method and BIM technology are feasible to improve the safety management of metro construction.Finally,this thesis points out the existing problems and measures in the application of BIM technology in metro safety management and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the current safety management of metro construction,which can provide experiences of metro safety management for peers.
