As we all know,the operational safety of nuclear power plants is the most important and most public concern.Only by ensuring the quality of various activities during the construction of a nuclear power plant,can the nuclear safety during operation be ensured,and further to minimize the impact on the environment.The quality and safety during the construction period are the safety guarantees during the operation period.The construction of a nuclear power plant is an extremely complicated systematic process,complex in technology,extensive in scope,more in technical content,and high level of requirements in reliability and safety.As the general contractor of steel containment assembly project in current AP1000 nuclear power plant construction process,H company need to continuously improve the management level of enterprises and projects quality management ability,so as to ensure that the project could meet customer requirements and to achieve the project's quality guidelines and goals.This paper takes the steel containment vessel assembly engineering project of L nuclear power plant undertaken by H company as the research object.Applying the method of theory combinig with practice,this paper analyzed the current situation of project quality management and the problems in quality management deeply,studied and analyzed the problems in the quality management of the project.Starting from the characteristics of the project and industry background.Intergrating with the advanced quality management methods,the article analysed the problem deeply.Finally,the article put forward the improvement measures and solutions to the main problems in the quality management of the project,and provided the following improvement measures: 1.Srengthening communication with owners,supervisors and sub-contractors,the article solved the problem of poor project coordination and single communication channel via the establishment of a "cross-border" combination of communication mechanisms;2.Regulating the quality of the project management for the purpose of facilitating the process control and delivery information unified;3.Strengthening the grading management of quality inspection and value project analysis for determining the quality of testing methods,so as to avoid irrational selection quality test method;4.Improving the supervision and management system of quality assurance,enhancing the evaluation mechanism of quality education and training as well as the combination of rewards and punishments for the purpose of solving the problem of the lack of quality assurance supervision;5.Establishling a strong quality experience feedback organization and integrating the resources of quality experience feedback to improve the quality of the experience feedback mechanism.Finally,the comprehensive analysis method is employed to evaluate the effect of the quality management improvement effect is evaluated to be significant.This study can be used to guide specific quality manaegement of AP1000 nuclear power steel containmnent assembly work for H Company.
