With the full implementation of the smart grid plan of State Grid Corporation,the importance and status of on-line monitoring technology in the secondary field of power system are gradually improved.On-line monitoring is an important guarantee for the realization of power system automation,so it is particularly important to conduct in-depth research and put it into application.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of on-line monitoring method of Metal Oxide Arrester(MOA)are analyzed in detail,the main factors affecting the normal operation of MOA and their relationship are found out,and a set of MOA on-line monitoring system is studied and debugged.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of the research are analyzed.The development history of MOA,the status quo of on-line monitoring technology,the classification of MOA,the reason why resistors are non-linear and its working principle are studied.Six main factors causing the operation failure of MOA are determined.Then according to the conclusion of basic research,The intelligent architecture of MOA is proposed,The hardware circuit of MOA online monitoring terminal device is designed,The software program of monitoring terminal device is programmed,including STM32,CPLD,A/D conversion,wavelet algorithm,phase angle acquisition,full current acquisition and lightning stroke counting,serial communication,etc.By studying the change process of leakage current when MOA fault occurs,the factors affecting MOA monitoring results are analyzed.The possible interference in the field is pretreated by anti-interference measures of power supply,grounding measures,software anti-interference and shielding measures.The data denoising,calculation and analysis of arrester are carried out by using wavelet denoising method and information fusion algorithm.Finally,a test platform of MOA online monitoring system is built to test the whole machine.The system can collect real-time data of the full current,resistive current and system frequency of zinc oxide arrester.The developed on-line monitoring system of MOA is applied in the field,and its operation effect meets the design requirements.There are 50 figures,7tables and 60 references in this paper.
