Zinc Oxide arrester has good protection performance,with small size,light weight.When Zinc Oxide appears internal faults,damp or aging,the normal value of the volt ampere characteristics of the arrester will present a serious deviation,which will not only make the protection of its ability to decline,but also damage the other serious electrical equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to test the electrical performance of the Zinc Oxide arrester,find out the defects of the internal damp insulation and the aging of the valve plate and improve the stability and reliability of the live test.At present,the blackout experiment and manual inspection live test is still the main means of testing the Zinc Oxide arrester.The high cost of blackout experiment and the manual inspection of arrester and the long test period which can not to find some unexpected faults in time may cause greater economic losses and social impact.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a new method to measure the lightning current of Zinc Oxide arrester,which has high reliability and high stability according to the existing lightning arrester live test method,combined with computer communication technology.Based on the research on the testing method of the existing Zinc Oxide arrester,this paper proposed a arrester test method of harmonic analysis improved by windowed interpolation algorithm,based on microprocessor STM32F103zet6 and 3G wireless communication module SIM5216,designed a Zinc Oxide arrester remote live test solution.The system uses the sensor to collect the real-time operation of the arrester,the microprocessor judges the state of the arrester tentatively,the 3G wireless communication module sends the lightning arrester live test data to the remote monitoring center,the monitoring center combined with the historical data,lightning arrester real-time status data and environmental parameters makes the analysis and judgment of the lightning arrester deterioration condition.The software of PC monitoring center 2008 is designed by Microsoft visual studio 2008,through the object-oriented visual programming,ODBC,Socket network communication programming technology achieves the host computer monitoring software functions,and realizes the arrester test of the intelligent,simple and easy to maintain.In this paper,the lightning arrester live test system is reliable under the laboratory condition,can monitor the state of the arrester,and has certain practical value.
