Metal zinc oxide arresters are widely used in power systems and the main components to ensure the safety of power supply systems.With the breakthrough of new technologies,MOA online monitoring technology has become more and more important in the fields of Smart-grid,Mechanical automation,and Unmanned factories.However,as the main overvoltage protection device,the arrester is prone to moisture,overheating,leakage,deterioration,valve breakdown,partial discharge,aging and other problems in actual operation,which seriously threatens normal production activities.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the lightning arrester and eliminate the hidden troubles in advance.This paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of lightning arrester online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology at home and abroad.Starting from the microscopic structure of the arrester valve,the working principle of the zinc oxide arrester is studied by combining the MOA equivalent circuit diagram.GM analyzes and compares the 6 kinds of lightning arresters online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology,and chooses the Xi-Lin bridge loss measurement method as the detection method of the lightning arrester system.Five factors affecting the online monitoring results of zinc oxide arresters were summarized and effectively prevented in the process of software system design.According to the actual project,through the summary of the common fault types and causes of the zinc oxide arrester in the distribution center,the ZDJCQ-35 arrester detector is selected as the MOA lower position monitoring equipment.According to the working environment,the installation method of the arrester and detector is designed.Software: Using the two-layer design mode of the upper computer and the lower computer,using the new algorithm combining Romberg correction method and neural network pattern recognition,the mathematical model of the lightning arrester fault diagnosis system is established.LABVIEW software is selected as the main development environment.The message queue framework is the main body.More than ten modules such as leakage current monitoring,data query evaluation,fault diagnosis and early warning are designed.The SQL database is designed to realize the storage and query of the arrester data and other functions.In this paper,the simulated arrester and trial run of the designed arrester system are carried out.The results show that the system can meet the requirements of the distribution center.The system module runs smoothly,and all the indicators meet the requirements and reach the expected target of the project.(This article has a total of 76 pictures,10 tables,75 references.)...
