In recent years,with the disappearance of China's demographic dividend,labor costs have entered a rising channel,and the labor cost in the production and management factors of enterprises has become an important factor restricting the development of enterprises.For labor-intensive manufacturing industries,accelerating the implementation of the machine substitution strategy is an important way for enterprises to solve shortage of short-term labor resources.The large-scale use of industrial robots will inevitably lead to profound changes in the production relationship,which will change the status and role of people in industrial production.This paper takes the phenomenon of labor shortage caused by the current domestic manufacturing industry and the replacement of labor by industrial robots as the starting point.Combined with the implementation of the Hangcha Mast Co.Ltd.in the implementation of the machine substitution strategy,study problems encountered by the enterprise human resources management department,aiming to explore the issues about human resource management in the current manufacturing process in the process of implementing the machine substitution strategy.The main contributions of this paper are:(1)Analyze the problem of aging and labor shortage in manufacturing industry,combine the development of robots at home and abroad,and introduce the concept of machine substitution to study the human resources management of the company.(2)To study the current development status of equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad and the use of industrial robots.Under the macro environment of “Made in China 2025” and Zhejiang to start the machine substitution program,the equipment manufacturing industry implements the internal and external environment of the machine substitution.(3)A detailed analysis of the impact of enterprise human resource management on talent supply and employee relations after the implementation of machine substitution in the manufacturing industry and the human resource management strategy after machine substitution.(4)The implementation conditions and implementation process of the machine substitution strategy of Hangcha Mast Co.Ltd.are given.The strategic framework of enterprise human resource management after the replacement of the machine of Hangcha Mast Co.Ltd.is put forward,and the machine and labor adopted by the company are compared.model.(5)Combining with the company's own situation,after considering the substitution of the machine,Hangcha Mast Co.Ltd.will take detailed measures of human resource management in terms of human resource changes,new technology job gaps,employee training,performance management,etc.,in order to give play to the advantages of enterprise machine substitution.avoid the risk of enterprise employment..With the implementation of the machine substitution strategy of Hangcha Mast Co.Ltd.,this paper has a reference to the thinking caused by the human resource management of enterprises,especially the positive impact of the labor shortage in the equipment manufacturing industry in recent years.
