| The rapid development of China's aging speed is worrying,and the happiness of the elderly is getting more and more attention.Summarizing the characteristics of China's aging,the old-age pension system based on individuals,families,communities and countries is more suitable for China's national conditions.At the same time,the original residence of the elderly combined with family pension and social pension,in line with the elderly's willingness to stay at home.In order to achieve the original elderly,the first step is to complete the aging transformation.In the investigation of the residential community in Hangzhou,it is found that compared with the newly built community,the outdoor environment problems of the old community are even less able to meet the outdoor activities of the elderly.Therefore,the old community is selected as the research object.Due to the physical and mental conditions of the elderly,the strong concentration of out-of-town activities is mainly within 1km of the home,so the environmental quality of the elderly living quarters has the most prominent impact on the quality of life of the elderly.The transformation is not only the living space to meet the daily life of the elderly,but also the space for outdoor activities that can be close to nature and soothe the mind and body.The purpose of this paper is to study how to carry out the aging of the outdoor landscape of the old community in Hangzhou,which is restricted by the high temperature and rainy climate,how to integrate the rainwater landscape into the aging transformation,and emphasize the spatial ecology.And how to combine the current old residential district reconstruction policy in Hangzhou,save the cost of transformation,reduce the transformation,and realize the transformation of the “low cost” outdoor activity space to meet the needs of the elderly.At the same time,landscape intelligence is applied to the appropriate aging management.Firstly,the relevant concepts are defined,the relevant literature is studied,and the research contents and methods are determined.Secondly,the relevant information about Hangzhou related to the project is sorted out,mainly from the climate and human characteristics of Hangzhou,and the aging and health status of the elderly in Hangzhou.The historical background,distribution,status quo and government reform policy of the old and old residential areas in Hangzhou started from the three aspects;once again,the field research of the old and new residential areas in Hangzhou was conducted,and the types of outdoor activities,the places of frequent activities and the love of the elderly were summarized.The characteristics of the activity space.Then select the old communities built in different periods for detailed investigation,and summarize the characteristics and existing problems of the outdoor activity space in the old community.Starting from the sub-field research,it summarizes the aging strategy for outdoor activities in the old districts of Hangzhou.Finally,the appropriate aging strategy is adopted to plan and design the specific space of Yuewang Road community.This paper concludes that the outdoor activity space of the old community in Hangzhou is the principle of aging renewal,the principle of safety and accessibility,the principle of ecological health,the principle of humanities sharing,the principle of aesthetic art,the principle of beautiful art,and the principle of low cost and low maintenance.It is hoped that the analysis and research in this paper can provide some reference for the suitable aging transformation of Hangzhou old district in the future. |
