In recent years,in order to alleviate the urban traffic pressure,the major cities have invested a great deal of money in the construction of rail transit system.Subway driver console is the man-machine interface of train operation.The design of man-machine interface is scientific and reasonable,which is related to driver's driving efficiency and train operation safety.Firstly,this paper summarizes the physiological dimensions,cognitive characteristics and operation characteristics of the drivers of subway vehicles,and puts forward some suggestions on the layout of the control platform based on the basic data.According to the layout of the relevant functions of the console,a questionnaire survey of subway drivers was carried out,and the related analysis of the influencing factors of the man-machine relationship of the operator platform was carried out.This paper studies the driving task of the subway vehicle driver,determines the driving task flow of the subway driver,establishes the task model,and analyzes the working characteristics of the subway driver by using the task model.A guide for the interface optimization design of subway driver's console is put forward.Secondly,according to the survey and summary of the satisfaction degree and importance degree of the device,the importance degree and the frequency chain value of each device are analyzed,and the key devices in the normal driving task are analyzed.Compared with the sequence of device satisfaction in the investigation and analysis of subway driver satisfaction,the corresponding device with high driver satisfaction is obtained,and the corresponding device with lower driver satisfaction and higher driver satisfaction is obtained.It provides the basis for the optimal layout design of the manipulator.According to the design guide given above,the optimal design of the driving interface of subway vehicles is carried out according to the basic size requirements of the manipulator,and three design schemes are obtained.Through the subway experts and subway drivers of the selection and evaluation of the scheme,select the best scheme.The JACK virtual simulation human factor analysis software is used to evaluate the scheme and verify the rationality of the scheme.
