Study On The Reconstruction Design Of Rural Residential Houses In Functional Renewal

Rural folk houses are the material and cultural carrier of the countryside and have the basic functions of life and production.However,with the development of modernization,the way of life and production of villagers is constantly changing,the problems of the original rural residential houses,such as the single family type and mixed functional space,make them unable to meet the needs of villagers' modern living and production functions,not to mention the needs of rural tourism and other secondary and tertiary industries for functional integration and development.Therefore,rural residential houses urgently need to be renovated and rebuilt.The author and the pingshi design team of the author conducted a resident survey of pingshi village,fuping county,hebei province,analyzed and studied the functional renewal of pingshi villagers' houses and its current problems,combined with the existing problems of pingshi villagers' houses,proposed the principles and strategies of rural residential renovation design,and then took reasonable renovation design measures.The purpose of this paper is to explore the measures and methods of residential renovation that can not only meet the needs of villagers' housing,but also meet the needs of rural tourism and other industrial development.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the research background and purpose of the paper,and determines the framework and direction of the paper writing.Chapter two classifies and summarizes the types of villages,analyzes the types of villages belonging to pingshi village,and elaborates on the function renewal of villages and rural dwellings.Chapter three summarizes the contents of the resident investigation of pingshi village in fuping county,hebei province,summarizes and analyzes the residential characteristics and functional characteristics of pingshi village,and analyzes the existing problems of the residential buildings.Chapter four makes an understanding of the needs of pingshi villagers' houses reconstruction and construction,and puts forward six reconstruction and design principles aiming at the existing problems of the houses.Chapter five summarizes the working methods of the flat stone design team on the ground,and puts forward the design strategy of residential renovation based on the principles of residential renovation design.Finally,the conclusion emphasizes the rationality of the urgent measures of rural residential renovation in poor areas...
