Research On The Design Of Korean Folk Village From The Perspective Of New Business Form Of Ethnic Village Sustainability And Design Practice Research

With the rapid development of our society,the ethnic villages in the new era are facing many new problems.This paper mainly takes the Korean villages facing the dilemma as the research object,and from the perspective of the new business concept,combined with the actual business form,natural environment and regional characteristics of the ethnic villages,this paper explores the new ideas of Korean folk custom transformation and design.This paper adopts a comprehensive research method of multi-disciplinary,multi theory and multi angle.Through the methods of consulting and sorting out a large number of literature,field investigation,analysis,induction and comparative summary,this paper studies Korean folk villages in Dunhua region from the perspective of regional culture,folk characteristics and sustainable development,And the existing folk village building mode to understand and summarize,and obtain the design principles and design strategies.With the progress of the times,the construction of folk village is in need of more perfect scheme.With the improvement of people’s spiritual needs,the tour of scenic spots is not only satisfied with the mode of walking through,but also the tourists hope to experience and feel through many aspects in an all-round way,so as to better understand the connotation of cultural attractions and get more satisfaction.Combined with the above aspects,this paper studies and considers the transformation and design methods of the long-term development of ethnic villages in line with the new business mode perspective.Taking Zhongcheng village of Hongshi township of Dunhua City as the actual transformation design object,combining theory,method and strategy,the corresponding transformation design is carried out.The conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)The design and construction of folk custom villages should be implemented based on protecting and inheriting local characteristic ethnic culture.It is necessary to conduct detailed exploration and understanding of the local ethnic culture,to express the correct,reasonable,and most distinctive ethnic culture.In the field of architecture,it is necessary to have deep research and cognition of folk architecture to protect and restore valuable ethnic architecture.(2)In view of the problem of how to build folk village,this paper puts forward some design ideas and principles,including the protection and continuation of national culture,the sustainable development of the village,the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions,and the new business form of folk village tourism.(3)In the practical project,designing Zhongcheng village folk village in Hongshi Township,the local Korean folk culture characteristics and the needs of residents are deeply excavated.The Tourist needs have also been considered.This practical project creates a people-oriented folk village design plan that conforms to the Korean folk culture,demonstrates and promotes the Korean folk culture in multiple ways.(4)In the design practice,the regional characteristics are deeply explored from the perspective of new business forms,and the possibility of coexistence of multiple industries is considered in the scheme planning.It is hoped that multiple industries can develop together and benefit each other.At the same time,other characteristic labels are added for Korean folk village,so as to increase the attraction and competitiveness of the folk village.
