Research On The Design Of External Public Space In Characteristic Towns

In recent years,the characteristic town is an important way to realize the upgrading of local industry and economic transformation under the background of new urbanization in our country,and it is being cultivated and constructed in a large area at a rapid speed in the whole country.The characteristic town is a new concept,which is different from the traditional industrial park and the construction town.The development of domestic characteristic towns is still in the exploratory stage,the domestic related research is relatively late and insufficient,the urgent construction has led to "scale imbalance","one side of a thousand cities" and so on.This paper will focus on four main problems: what is the external public space of the characteristic town,through the concrete case analysis,sums up the characteristics of the external public space of the characteristic town;How to design the external public space of the characteristic town and how to optimize the external public space of the built characteristic town.This paper mainly has six chapters: the first chapter through the research background,purpose and significance,the status duo of the study,clear that the study of external public space in small towns in line with the needs of the development of the new period,with a sense of urgency and necessity of research;Through the research method and the establishment of the research framework,the research path and the overall thinking of this paper are clarified.In the second chapter,the concepts of characteristic town and external public space are clearly defined,and the theoretical research on the external public space of characteristic town is carried out,which provides the basic support for this paper.In the third chapter,under the background of the theoretical basic research of the second chapter,the cases of three representative towns in China are analyzed,and the main characteristics of the external public space of the characteristic towns are summarized.The fourth chapter puts forward the design and exploration of the external public space of the characteristic town according to the main characteristics of the external public space of the characteristic town put forward in the third chapter,combined with a large number of practical cases.The fifth chapter analyzes and evaluates the external public space of Jingrong Town in Chengdu,which has been built initially according to thecharacteristics of the external public space of the characteristic town summarized in the third chapter.According to the design exploration of the fourth chapter,the optimization design is carried out according to the existing problems.Combine theory with practice closely to ensure that the external public space of characteristic town can play the greatest role in all stages and really serve people.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,and puts forward the expectation for the future development of the characteristic town.
