| With the rapid progress of urbanization and the constant growth of population, related constructions of cities and towns in our country are gradually pushing from the plain to the mountains. Although, some achievements have been made to some degree, at the same time, many more problems also have exposed. In tackling with the conflicts between insufficient land use and rapid urban development, Yunnan province has duly put forward the development strategy of "Mountain towns".After "Yuan Yang terrace" was successfully made world heritage, as a remote and economic backward area, Yuan Yang also hopes to seize the opportunity to develop fundamental infrastructure, so as to meet the high demand of tourism tide in the foreseeable future. Under this circumstances, this thesis would study on related issues of public space in mountainous areas and architectural design and the research framework and content would be divided into the following parts:Case studies,Starting from real projects under geographical background, to find similar practical cases of mountain towns, and then, to examine, compare and analyze these cases in order to find out some common problems which exist in the process of urban construction in mountain areas; Theoretical research, according to the research context of theoretical development on mountain urban public space and architectural design, introduces the background of mountain town constructions in China. Then, trimming the domestic and foreign research process, present situation and achievements on this issue. Moreover, this thesis would seek reasonable and applicable theories of mountain towns, to provide solid theoretical support and foundation for the actual project engineering; Empirical study,by means of conclusions and judgements from combining empirical and theoretical research, to explore and practice on real project construction, consequently, to figure out the right resources to solve the problems under current situation.Based on the research of the above three parts, the final conclusion, summed up the relevant feasible method of mountainous urban public space and architectural design. |
