With the development concept of building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society becoming more and more popular,the hydraulic transmission system,which poses a serious threat to the ecological environment,has deviated from the current theme of green development,while clean and pollution-free water hydraulic system has attracted much attention in line with the trend of the times.As the heart of water hydraulic system,water hydraulic pump outputs power for the whole system.Its performance is related to the whole water hydraulic system.As far as the existing hydraulic pumps are concerned,they still suffer from the problems of large leakage and short service life,and the problems of low viscosity,poor lubricity and strong corrosiveness of water medium are still the key problems to be solved urgently.In this paper,a new type of grooved vane pump with good mechanical performance is presented.It is hoped that the strength requirement of the key components can be reduced by the new structure,and the material selection range can be expanded.It provides the possibility for many new materials with low strength but excellent friction,corrosion resistance and vaporization resistance.It also puts forward a new way to solve the key problems of water hydraulic pumps.Solutions.In addition,the pump has the characteristic of zero pulsation rate of theoretical flow,so it can be used as a metering pump for highly corrosive liquids in chemical,pharmaceutical and other fields.This will bring great competitive advantage to the pump in the future research and development.In this paper,the structure characteristics and working principle of the groove vane pump are analyzed and expounded,and the reason why the groove vane pump has good mechanical performance and zero theoretical flow fluctuation rate is explained.The key friction pairs formed by its cylinder block and distribution plate are analyzed theoretically,and the numerical simulation calculation of structural strength is made by using AYSYS finite element software to verify whether the simulation results meet the selected materials.The allowable strength requirement of material;theoretical leakage calculation of friction pair formed between cylinder blade and cylinder block,analysis of the influence ofdifferent factors such as working pressure,clearance size and medium viscosity on leakage,simulation of flow field model in clearance between cylinder blade and cylinder block by FLUENT software,and comparison with theoretical results;design of cam curve which determines the movement track of cylinder blade;The model is built in ADAMS software and the dynamic analysis is carried out.The velocity,acceleration and force curves of the cylindrical blade under different curve motion laws are obtained,and the correctness of the theoretical calculation results is verified.
