| The limitation of traditional Sliding-Vane pump is analyzed in this paper,based on the problem of leading oil and sweeping cabin appeared in the transportof product oil, adopt innovative design by myself, a new type of Double-actingContactless Sliding-vane Pump was put forward to developed, it also achievedthe patent of invention(200510062213.8) and utility model(200520134280.1) inChina. The pump cover profile, structure, space, flow pulsation are analyzed inthis paper. The main work includes:1. Serious abrasion between vane and stator, fever, low efficiency alwayshappen when the traditional sliding-vane pump work , the reason is that thepower of frictional loss between vane and stator is extraordinary serious. So anew structure has been promoted, which can use roller to control the trace ofvane in order to assure tiny gap between vane and stator. Synchronously amplyanalyzed the force situation on traditional vane and new type vane, thencompare with each other.2. Based on the mechanical and kinematic property, analyse quality oftraditional profile all over the world and the parameter of the Double-actingContactless Sliding-vane Pump , establish mathematic model and terminalcondition to deduce a profile named modified eighth-power curve, which ismost suitable to the pump ; ulteriorly, machining four pump cover profile withsinusoid , the typical higher-order curve , eighth-power curve , modifiedeighth-power curve with coefficient Z=6.3 , at last, assemble them and test toprove the eighth-power curve with coefficient Z=6.3 can evidently reduce thenoise when the pump work ,and also can increase the efficiency to assure the pump can run stably.3. Based on the detailed analysis of the sealing situation and the model ofdisk-static pressureã€parallel plank space, using the theory of oil drag loss ,theoptimum oil film thickness between the side of stator and pump cover board iseasily deduced.4. Deduce the formula of instantaneous delivery of the two pump bytheoretical arithmetic ,in order to find out the key factor which affect the flowpulsation happens when the traditional sliding-vane pump works. Based on therelief slot opened on the vane, the flow pulsation can be easily slaked, so itmakes the Double-acting Contactless Sliding-vane Pump run in the stablesituation of low noise, high efficiency, no shake.5. Based on the practical test , not only to prove the pump has goodcapability of delivering oil with gas and good suction capacity , but also themerits of high efficiency and excellent stability.In this paper, innovative design and optimized analysis of theDouble-acting Contactless Sliding-vane Pump will be studied, especially, it isthe first time to break through the stricture of traditional technology, by usingroller to control the trace of vane to assure tiny gap between vane and stator, andalso using rolling friction to replace sliding friction At last this paper indicate thework which should be perfected in the future. |
