| In this paper,a new type of grooved vane pump is proposed in combination with the structural characteristics of the axial piston pump and the vane pump. The force of many important parts is balanced in the working process because of the special structure of the pump, and the pulsation rate of theoretical flow is zero. These two features make it possible to become a water hydraulic pump by using advanced engineering materials, and it can easily change the displacement of the pump, which will provide new power for the development of water hydraulic.More importantly, the pressure pulsation of the flow of is always kept very small under varying loads by adding precompression, outlet pressure compensation, adaptive closed loop and other auxiliary measures, that is,it is a ideal hydraulic pump.Firstly, according to the principle of the grooved vane pump, the initial model is designed by using Solidworks software after determining the parameters of the pump, such as speed, pressure and displacement, and the displacement formula is deduced in detail.Secondly, the AMEsim model of the grooved vane pump are constructed, including the active suppression type, the improved active suppression type, the active suppression combined with adaptive type, which are simulated and compared in detail.Under the simulation,it is proved that it has the possibility of realizing the load flow with minimal pressure fluctuation under variable load. Finally, the axial force is obtained by using FLUENT software to complete the dynamic grid simulation of the blade which carries out the downward movement under the action of the cam groove in the discharge area.In the ANSYS Workbench platform, the fluid-structure coupling analysis of the rear cover is carried out to obtain the stress, strain and total deformation when the outlet channel is filled with high pressure oil.At the same time, the static analysis of the spline shaft is carried out to obtain the stress, strain and total deformation in the actual work process.Ensure that the stress, strain and total deformation of the rear cover and spline shaft within a reasonable range. |
