Seawater hydraulic transmission is a new and high technology developed in recent years in order to adapt to the development of the ocean, Seawater hydraulic pump is the key power component of seawater hydraulic system, and its research is of great significance. In view of the unique physical and chemical characteristics of seawater, this paper improves the blade structure of the vane type seawater pump, and puts forward a new type of vane type seawater pump. It not only reduces the internal friction of the vane pump, improves the stress state of the blade, but also reduces the resistance of the core component of the blade pump to the material. And the movement of the sea water pump in the marine field is expanded.This paper first introduced the development, characteristics and application of marine hydraulic transmission technology, then the advantages and existing problems of seawater hydraulic technology was analyzed. In view of the existing problems, a new type of seawater pump with a new structure was presented, and the structure characteristics and working principle of the seawater pump were analyzed.Secondly, the parameters of the key structure of the blade, the rotor and the stator of the seawater pump were designed and analyzed. The relationship between the blade, the rotor and the curve of the stator was determined. The motion form of the blade rotating with the rotor was analyzed, and the curve of the rotation of the blade was simulated by using the function relation.Thirdly, the theoretical displacement formula was derived, and the influence factors of the seawater pump discharge and flow characteristics were analyzed. the structure of the main parts of the seawater pump is designed and calculated.Finally, the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the blade was carried out. Take the curves of Archimedes spiral and constant acceleration deceleration as an example, the curve of angle, angular velocity and angular acceleration were solved. Based on the relation of blade motion, the force model was established, The force of different position of the blade during the rotation process was analyzed. Use the software of ANSYS,the valve plate and the stator are simulated, the stress and deformation pattern of the blade was obtained.At present, the domestic and foreign sea water pressure pump is mainly concentrated in the piston type seawater pressure pump, the vane type seawater pressure pump research report and related patents are few, a new structure of the blade revolves around the rotor body around the cylindrical hinge instead of the blades in the rotor slot was designed and changed movement of the blades form. It can reduce the friction and corrosion of the sea water to the pump body, and greatly improve the service life of the pump body in the field of marine engineering. The development of the seawater pump extends the application of vane pump in the marine field, and has great research and trial value.
