Research On The Compilation Of Design Guidelines For Traffic Management Facilities In Tourist Cities

The framework provisions in the relevant upper-level norms of existing traffic management facilities lack of travel characteristics for tourism cities to refine,in practice,the lack of a unified local design guidelines.In practice,there is no unified local design guidelines.In view of the actual traffic management needs of tourism cities,the design methods of designing traffic management facilities in tourism cities have discussed and the compilation of facilities design guidelines has studied.The research contents of this paper are mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the summary of the current research situation.The second part is the analysis of the demand for tourism urban traffic management and the combing of the current design methods of transportation facilities.The third part discusses the construction method of the traffic information indicating system of the tourist city,focusing on the compilation of guidelines for tourism urban traffic management facilities.The last part is the case analysis,and the theoretical practice is carried out through actual projects.Firstly,through the investigation of tourism traffic trip and the current situation of tourism traffic management facilities,the process of tourists' trip is analyzed and the characteristics of tourism traffic trip are summarized.Secondly,on the basis of the current design method of traffic management facilities,combined with the needs of tourism urban traffic management,the part of the upper standard that is left to local discretion is improved.At the same time,the principled and framework clauses of the upper standard are refined and implemented in the study of the compilation of the guidelines.In order to better guide the theory and practice,the case of Guilin City and Weizhou Island tourist areas in Guangxi are used to expand the application of the project,and verifies the feasibility of the design method of tourism urban transport facilities proposed in the article and the operability of the guidelines and rules.The dynamic,static and Non-motorized traffic management facilities in the conventional traffic management section,and the tourist traffic instructions,parking guidance around scenic spots,scenic spot connection management and so on in the tourism traffic management section are covered.It also covers the research on the design criteria of existing traffic management facilities and the compilation method of guidelines,which can promote the process of standardization and regulation of tourism traffic management in tourism cities and provide design basis and technical support for the construction of urban traffic management facilities system for tourism.
