Design And Implementation Of Fuel Dispatch And Acceptance System For Thermal Power Enterprises

Fuel management informationization and refinement is the development trend of fuel management in thermal power enterprises.As two important links in fuel management,fuel dispatch and acceptance play an important role in assisting managers to make scientific decisions,ensuring quality of fuel and protecting the interests of enterprises in fuel trading.In view of the actual situation of fuel dispatch in thermal power plants,a fuel dispatch management module has been designed.The life cycle of the fuel dispatching module covers the whole process from the delivery of fuel to the acceptance of fuel in the plant.It can provide key information about the quantity,quality and price of fuel during the transit for enterprise managers.Fuel dispatching module supports two common ways of transportation,train and water,especially the complex mode of transportation that fuel provided for thermal power enterprises along the Yangtze River needs to be transported when entering the Yangtze River from sea.In view of the difficult problems in the two key links of the acceptance of fuel,metering and coal quality analysis,some measures were taken in the process of module design.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of train coal and water transport coal entering the factory,the batch statistics of the original measurement data of train coal adopts the way of automatic batch according to the mine type and the date of entry,and the way of manual metering record for water transport coal.Test results is susceptible to natural and human factors.In order to strengthen supervision and ensure the accuracy of test results,many measures such as encryption,complete data recording,hierarchical authority for data access and data auditing are adopted in the design of coal quality analysis management module.After test,the fuel dispatch and acceptance management information system meets the requirements of thermal power enterprises to obtain key information in coal transportation and strengthen the supervision of fuel acceptance.The management information system of thermal power enterprises still has broad development space in mining the potential value of data in the information system and helping managers to make scientific decisions.
