In order to solve the current domestic problem of the aviation fuel supply at the airport,where is still in the traditional artificial mechanical operations,the single function of the information system,and no unified whole information management platform.Special aviation fuel supply comprehensive management information system research design to improve our country civil aviation fuel supply information.Aviation fuel supply since the aviation business,has always been a top priority,but in our country the civil aviation fuel supply still uses manual operation,information technology and the popularity of mechanization degree is far inferior to foreign countries.Therefore,manual operation risk is high,uncertainty,and that is also a challenge for the workman.The aviation fuel is a kind of things with high demanding for transportation and management,and the spacecraft is also expensive.The precision and important things should be the informatization and mechanization,to reduce the risk of manual operation.In this thesis,the issues discussed above,the final success to design a set of aviation fuel supply integrated management system.This thesis work started in the related information collection,screening and comparison and analysis,and comprehensive analysis established the technical tools and methods.Comparing and screening technology stack was finally determined with in-depth exploration.Then,according to the specific needs,the author designed the system,including the function of the system,segmenting of the system,networking,database and system interface.Then using the selected technology to complete the full implementation of the aviation fuel supply system.Finally,the professional testing ensured the system stalely and reliably.This thesis based on aviation fuel supply comprehensive management information system,focuses on the research of aviation fuel supply management information system in gas supply scheduling,automatic control,fire control,information processing,quality measurement,distribution monitoring,emergency simulation,and other aspects of the security supporting platform monitoring,planning,production scheduling,information interaction,human-computer interaction and other functions of the integrated design and application.The key in this thesis is elaborating the aviation fuel supply comprehensive management information system in the refueling scheduling,integrated information processing,emergency simulation link function designing.Industrial automation,distribution monitoring,automation control,and power field will not do in-depth research,and only from the information level,in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state,industry standards related to the information interface requirements to meet the system in the entire aviation fuel production integration information management.
