Study On Cost Management Of HY Hotel Decoration Engineering Project

With the rapid development of urban construction,the construction decoration industry is developing rapidly,but the competition among enterprises in the decoration industry is also more and more encouraging.In recent years,the external pressure of the decoration industry has also continued to increase.How to do a good job in project cost management,establish and improve the project cost management method and optimize the project cost management mechanism is very important to improve the efficiency of decoration project management and ultimately to effectively support and guarantee the operation and management of decoration enterprises.Through the research,we found that HY hotel decoration project cost obviously exceeded the budget.Through diagnosis,we found the problems in cost management,such as inaccurate project cost forecast,unreasonable cost target plan,ineffective cost control,failure to effectively balance the relationship between project management and cost control,and lack of attention to cost control effect evaluation and improvement.Through in-depth and systematic analysis and research,it is found that there are many reasons for the project cost problem,including weak awareness of staff cost management and lack of professional ability,unreasonable design of cost management function system,imperfect cost management process system,imperfect responsibility cost management mechanism,and insufficient application of cost management quantification methods.In view of the problem of cost management,this paper studies the countermeasures in combination with the actual situation of the project,and puts forward five countermeasures,such as optimizing the organizational structure and adjusting the function of cost management,perfecting the existing process system,establishing the system of responsibility cost management,enhancing the professional ability of the cost management team,and strengthening the professional function of project management.It is expected that this paper could find out the root cause of internal cost management problems and seek optimization and solutions.The research results of this project can effectively improve the cost management of HY hotel decoration engineering projects,and indirectly promote the cost management of SD companies.On the other hand,it provides case and experience support for the cost management improvement of similar decoration projects such as hotels and hotels in the industry.
