Because of the long-term,complex and dynamic characteristics of construction projects,any changes in the process of project implementation can not be foreseen and covered,and engineering changes are inevitable.In theory,engineering change is one of the main contents of project management research,and in practice,it is the key factor affecting the investment,progress and quality of the three major objectives of construction projects.Therefore,strengthening the research of engineering change management is of great significance to the smooth realization of the objectives of construction projects.Paper using methods such as literature research,generalizations and theoretical deduction from the engineering change,change risk and risk spread at home and abroad was analyzed the three construction projects engineering change management and risk communication in the field of research present situation,the system analysis of the causes of engineering change,impact and major problems of the engineering change management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the theories related to engineering change and risk communication as the research basis of this paper.Then,considering the occurrence and spread of change risk,the paper introduces the concept of relationship network of construction projects to analyze and identify the change risk of general construction projects.Finally,the classical propagation model in the complex network is introduced into the research to further analyze the risk of the network change in the construction project.The most commonly used models include SIRS and SEIRS.The research principle is: change the parameter hypothesis,so as to obtain the graphical effect of each kind of risk propagation by means of the model,graphic results to establish the relationship between the project network risk effective transmission rate and the influence degree of the threshold value,on this basis,aiming at the problems existing in the engineering change management of construction projects,and combine existing whole process management theory with system theory,explore the research,the establishment of the engineering change risk control mechanism and around the entire project network risk are put forward on the change of construction project risk control strategy,Make the change risk control strategy for each related party of the construction project to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Finally,based on the Beijing global theme park and resort project I participated in,this paper takes two changes in the project as examples to introduce the application of communication model in practical engineering changes.
