The salary system is an important part of modern human resource management system.The establishment of a sound salary management system will play an important role in the realization of the enterprise's strategic goals,the improvement of business performance and the positive flow of talents.Based on the practice of SR company,this paper uses the theory of human resource management to redesign the existing compensation system based on the post value and construct a fair,efficient,flexible and competitive compensation system,which is of great practical significance for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises to adapt to the new normal.Firstly,it expounds the salary management system and the theory related to the post value.Aiming at the current situation of the salary system of SR company,it adopts the method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to analyze the existing problems.Secondly,it puts forward the redesigning target,principle,design process and basic scheme of the compensation system,and optimizes the company's compensation strategy selection,position analysis,position value evaluation and salary structure division.Thirdly,it puts forward the implementation and safeguard measures of the redesign of SR's compensation system,including the establishment of salary budget and dynamic adjustment mechanism,the development mechanism of employees' ability to increase and decrease,the application of non-economic welfare.The research shows that the post value evaluation is a scientific and reasonable evaluation method.When designing salary,enterprises should focus on their own development strategy,highlight the value of their posts,and complement it with perfect supporting measures to build an overall salary system that conforms to their own characteristics.
