In recent years,China's railway construction has been developing rapidly.In order to meet the needs of national economic development,the railway transport capacity has been continuously improved,and the scale of the railway network has been continuously expanded.The contradiction between railway line quality and traffic safety has become increasingly prominent.Accurate,timely and comprehensive prediction of railway line diseases endangering the safety of driving and mastering the dynamic state of railway line all day are the keys to ensure the safety of driving.Based on the background of ballast less track quality inspection during the construction and operation of high-speed railway,this paper consults a large number of documents,determines the development ideas,breaks through the technical difficulties,and develops a new type of on-board track quality inspection system.Based on the rigid connection between the signal collector and the rail,the detection system reads the existing time coordinates,kilometer coordinates,speed and other parameters,and carries out real,continuous and effective dynamic detection of the line defects in the course of operation.Through wireless transmission,the relevant data of the line quality status are provided to the engineering department in real time..The system has been installed on the No.4786 rail car of GC-270 and tested on the Kui-Bei Line.The test results are in good agreement with the track inspection data.The system can check the irregularity of the track more accurately,guide the production on the spot,and promote the safety production management on the spot.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)the detection system does not damage the structure of locomotives and tracks,and does not interfere with the crew.(2)the detection system is installed in the axle box,rigid connection with track,no damping and inertia impact.(3)On-site real-time detection of track direction,height,triangle pit,water addition,vertical addition and other data,compared with the rail inspection vehicle data,2?3 grade disease inspection data has a higher degree of moderation.(4)The system has been tested for 5 months and operated normally under 45°C high temperature in summer on the Kui-Bei Line.(5)It is easy to use and can organize and arrange the quality inspection system of the on-board line by itself during the interval of the track inspection vehicle.It has a greater degree of freedom,reduces the risk of driving safety caused by the line diseases,and plays an important role in the execution of emergency works.(6)The data of track direction,height,triangle pit,water-adding and vertical-adding can be sent through the Internet in real time for inquiry by the relevant departments,so that the relevant departments can grasp the quality of the line conveniently and quickly,which is of high significance to the maintenance and transportation safety of the line.
