| In recent years,science and technology develop very fast,power facilities as a prerequisite for basic production life,is the basic condition for social progress.Thus,in recent years,our country to strengthen investment in transmission line projects,more and more transmission line projects are undertaken,projects scale are more and more large,increased risk of project implementation.Implementation a large number of transmission line projects,urgently need a large number of high-level project management team,actively explore new modes of transmission line project management.Transmission line projects need cost labor,materials,energy are enormous.If the construction quality and safety management is not good,project will result in accidents or potential safety hazards,the consequences will be disastrous.Therefore,good construction quality and safety management is key for transmission line project to ensure the safety and quality,transmission line project site quality and safety management evaluation is imperative.However,due to the safety evaluation of transmission line project involving a wide range,links more,both specific quantitative targets and a lot of qualitative indicators.At the time of the transmission line project safety management analysis and evaluation,both to consider quantitative factors,but also to consider qualitative factors.In this paper,Longsheng to Zhangjiaba II 500 kV line project(hereinafter referred to as ZL transmission line project) as an example,preclude the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,Analytic Hierarchy Process,through establish AHP evaluation model,ZL transmission line project for a comprehensive security management evaluation.A combination of the characteristics of the transmission line project,a transmission line project analysis of the high standard of quality management,analysis ZL transmission line project quality and safety management.Provide scientific management theory and methods for quality and safety management for ZL transmission line project,establish a scientific management measures.In addition,this paper also made some improvements direction for transmission line project management,provide some guidance and reference for future transmission line project management. |
