With the coming of the information age,informatization has become a trend of the world,and it is an important force to promote economic and social changes.Facing the competitive environment of economic globalization,informatization has become an inevitable choice for the survival and development of enterprises.Changfei Aviation Industry Company(Changfei Company)is an aircraft overhaul company.With the rapid development of aviation industry level and technology level in recent years,the speed of upgrading aviation equipment is accelerating.Many aircrafts have reached its designed life and need overhaul maintenance.It is an opportunity and also a challenge for Changfei Company.Changfei Company proposes a “four new” supporting “three steps”way to create a digital maintenance benchmark business strategy.The aircraft maintenance management system is a vital step in achieving digital maintenance.The aircraft maintenance project is a system engineering,which includes many works,such as man-machine method ring.By the manual mode,when an aircraft enters the factory,it takes a lot of personnel deployment,training,organizational relations,salary distribution,and departmental exchanges.The traditional office model has greatly hampered people’s creativity and imagination,burying people’s wisdom and potential,and making employees spend a lot of time and energy to manually handle the complicated and repetitive works.The manual mode cannot meet the needs of development under the new situation.We need to use advanced production tools to improve efficiency.The aircraft maintenance management system is a crucial way to aircraft maintenance.The main works of this thesis can be summarized as follows:(1)According to the status and defects of aircraft maintenance of Changfei Company,this thesis starts from analyzing the company business process.By combining with the company’s management rules,the appropriate design scheme is determined,hence,an aircraft maintenance management system in line with Changfei Company is formulated.(2)In view of the current situation of Changfei Company,the requirement analysis for each module of the system by sequence diagrams and case diagrams are conducted.(3)According to the requirements of each module,the system modules are designed in detail.Overall,it is divided into three major operational modules,includingtechnical module,production module,and administrative module.Finally,the system and information security are tested.
