Automobile accumulator is an important part of automobile.With the increasement of automobile output,the demand for accumulator is increasing.There are two problems with existing automobile batteries: firstly,it is difficult for users to obtain battery life and current information state,which can cause safety hazards in the process to driving,secondly,the production enterprises do not know the use of sold batteries,which is not convenient to provide the basis for the redevelopment,production and recycling of batteries,nor to better serve users.Therefore,the study of automotive intelligent battery system is beneficial to users and enterprises,and it also has important practical significance.This paper starts from the battery demand,through the demand analysis,according to the three-layer architecture of the Internet of things,the system is divided into the perception layer,the transmission layer,the application layer,designs the overall plan of the automotive intelligent battery system.the design and implementation of the sensing layer data acquisition system is completed,data acquisition system with two STM8S103F3P6 chips constitutes a dual CPU system,can collect the battery voltage,current,temperature,internal resistance used time,location and other information,and meets certain power design requirements.The state of charge model and remain useful life model of battery based on BP neural network are established.the transmission layer data transmission module design is completed,using SIM868 chip as the core,designed the corresponding hardware circuit,taking advantage of GPRS network and UDP transmission protocol,making sure the perception layer data through the transmission layer can be remotely transmited to the application layer server.the design and implementation of application layer information management system is completed,information management system includes two aspects: one is the background management system which is for enterprise use,and complete the page background management system design,the server software design and database design,background management system can complete the battery information management,user information management and data interaction,the second is WeChat small program design,which is for users to use and complete the small program interface design and data interaction with a backend server software design,small program can complete the battery information management and user information managementThe paper sets up the test platform of automobile intelligent battery system,the system is tested and the test results show that the intelligent battery system designed in this paper has met the design requirements and verified the effectiveness of the paper.
