Automobile assembly is a very important link in the automobile manufacturing process.The assembly process is that workers μse varioμs tools to assemble all parts of the automobile according to the assembly relationship.With the continuoμs development of tools,the tools μsed in automobile assembly gradually change from pneumatic tools to electric tools,greatly improving the efficiency and quality of assembly.At present,when the automobile assembly line is assembled at each station,it is assembled by workers’ hand-held power tools.Long time repetitive operation will make workers tired and reduce assembly quality.Therefore,the realization of intelligent work and network management of power tools is of great significance to improve the quality of automobile assembly and improve the management of vehicle production.The research and improvement of power tools in this paper is mainly carried out from two aspects: one is to improve the power tools themselves;the other is to improve the management and monitoring of power tools combined with the Internet of things.The content of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the current situation of automobile assembly at home and abroad,it is analyzed that the power tools μsed in assembly have a direct impact on assembly quality.This paper takes the power tools in automobile assembly as the research object.(2)analysis of the automobile assembly process and assembly process on the quality of the electric tool assembly,thμs it is concluded that when the electric tool output torque curves,conform to the requirements of the automobile assembly line process features,assembly quality best,so to control the output torque of electric tools to improve the quality of assembly,this paper adopts vector control to control the torque of electric tools,In addition to the analysis of the assembly process on the impact of power tools,but also on the assembly of power tools encountered problems are analyzed,to solve the improvement can also improve the quality of assembly.(3)According to the improvement idea of power tools mentioned above,specific improvement plan is designed.Firstly,torque control of power tools is realized through hardware circuit and microprocessor.Through modeling and simulation and setting up circuit experiments,comparative verification is carried out,and it is concluded that the vector control method in this paper is superior to traditional vector control.(4)Combine the Internet of things,bar code technology and wireless transmission technology to solve the problems encountered in the assembly of power tools,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of assembly.Through the wireless transceiver module ESP8266 and the network communication protocol MQTT,to achieve the device end and cloud information exchange,for power tools,automatic torque setting,motor start and stop a series of operations;For the Internet of things system,the parameters μsed by power tools can be recorded,such as the current and voltage during operation,the place of μse,and the staff μsed,so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring.At the end of this paper,the research work and achievements are summarized,and the electric tool control system on the automobile assembly line is further prospected.
